Lot Assistant/Detailer

We are looking for a Lot Assistant/Detailer to join our fast-paced, growing and energetic team here in Regina! The Lot Assistant/Detailer will follow duties directed from the Lot Manager and report to them. They generate trust and long term relationships with the customers, co-workers and business relations while keeping the dealer’s interests in mind.
Job requirements:
- Perform to start vehicles and fill fuel tank with gasoline.
- Ensure to straighten and rotate cars in parking lot as per instructions of Lot Manager.
- Maintain and comply with routine to clean vehicle interior to ensure car remains in show condition.
- Perform duty to wash vehicle exteriors as well vacuums interiors.
- Check in new cars along with prepare stock sheet to office.
- Conduct errand run for dealership as required.
- Ensure to lock gates and store all keys in lock boxes appropriately at end of day.
- Head responsibility for vehicle flow for every car needing maintenance repairs.
- Assist to prepare vehicles for maintenance repairs
- Direct vehicle to apt maintenance and repair staging area.
- Ensure to complete vehicle supply as required and support in location in non-revenue status of all vehicles
- Uses various types of cleaning equipment and solutions.
- Details vehicle according to the customer’s specific instructions.
- Shampoos carpets and upholstery.
- Vacuums floors and seats.
- Cleans and vacuums the trunk.
- Cleans out ashtrays and cup holders.
- Conditions vinyl and leather.
- Cleans all trash, debris and dirt from the interior of the vehicle.
- Uses special foams and detergents designed for specific types of microfibers.
- Polishes the dashboard, steering wheel, trims and moldings inside the vehicle.
- Cleans door frames and instrument panels.
- Cleans all dirt, grease and tar from the exterior of the vehicle.
- Reconditions the vehicle’s exterior.
- Cleans all glass on the vehicle, inside and out, with the appropriate type of rag and cleaning solution.
- Cleans all mirrors with the proper substance.
- Other tasks as directed by Lot Manager

Part-time
Part-time hours:
15-20 per week
**Salary**:
$14.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
