Strategy formulation and implementation planning;
Organizational assessments/design/transformation;
Program assessment &
evaluation;
Restructuring and changemanagement;
Organizational &
individual performance assessment;
Project execution – fromconception through to implementation and closeout.You are ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced and team-based environment.You have solid working experience and understanding of the processes within the public and health care sectors.You are also confident, ambitious and have the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing needs and environments while working independently.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBRLead and manage client projects from planning and administration which includes setting the tone for projects internally with staff and externally with clients, developing project plans, analysis frameworks client communications, and delivering client briefings and presentationsIdentify project risks and issues, and prepare mitigation plansLead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while growing and supporting staffProvide day-to-day direction, coaching and mentoring to project teamsAct as a career manager and support employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP)Build and maintain client business relationships, including identifying and pursuing engagements with new and existing clients, leading proposal development, and building new relationships in the sectorQualificationsMinimum 7-10 years relevant working experience in public, government or health care sectorExperience as an external consultant in the Public Sector, Health Care, or Not-for-Profit/Public SectorSelf directed, with the passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentInnovative and dynamic;
