Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time
- **Manager, Inflight Operations-West** to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Manager, Inflight Operations assists in ensuring customer service by managing onboard service and overall Flight Attendant operational performance. In addition, the incumbent will manage a variety of general administrative duties. The incumbent will work in an office, aircraft, and hangar environment and will be required to travel regularly to meet operational needs.
**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Manager, Inflight Operations **include:
- Provide day-to-day decision making and direction focused on the on-board product delivery, and regulatory requirements including the reporting of deficiencies to the Director, Inflight, and other members of Inflight Management;
- Day-to-day performance management of Flight Attendants. Actively provide Flight Attendants with support, coaching, and direction specific to corporate protocol, policies, and expectations, which may include disciplinary measures and responsibilities;
- Monitor the base performance of Flight Attendants and adherence to policies and procedures by conducting audits and checks, including check rides to monitor the delivery of Inflight products;
- Monitor, review, and challenge delays specific to Flight Attendants or Inflight Service, and investigate and report as required;
- Ensure that all standards and practices are adhered to and act as a resource person for the Cabin Crew;
- Manage the delivery of general office and administrative duties, including preparing letters and reports, ordering supplies, and auditing documents and inflight processes as necessary;
- Along with other Inflight leadership, perform tasks related to the recruitment and selection, development, and training of Flight Attendants, as required;
- Assisting in resolving daily operational situations and problems associated with normal and irregular operations, as required;
- Coordinating appropriate follow-up action with Inflight investigations and incident review meetings, as required;
- Review and resolve customer complaints with Flight Attendants;
- Support and assist with all AOSH, OSH, and SMS issues as required;
- Review, process, and report Flight Attendant injuries;
- May serve as an airport liaison as needed for company representation;
- Line flying, as required;
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- Minimum three (3) years of direct line experience as a Flight Attendant;
- Three (3) years of frontline leadership or management experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid company Flight Attendant;
Inflight Director (IFD)and Trainer qualifications;
- Ability to obtainand maintain security clearance with federal aviation authorities and other relevant regulatory agencies;
- Clear criminal record check;
- Proven ability tolead, coach, motivate, and direct subordinates;
- Experience managing unionized employees as an asset;
- Demonstrated ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with frequent interruptions while managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks and assignments;
- Demonstrated highdegree of interpersonal skill and ability;
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to be away from home overnight for extended periods of time;
and
- Ability to work irregular hours, evenings, weekends and holidays with a schedule that varies, often on short notice. Incumbent may be scheduled any hour of the day, or any day of the week or year.

- Support the SMS program through participation and reporting
- Participate in the creation and implementation of risk assessments and corrective action plans as directed.
