We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Cosmetics Production Warehouse to join our team. As the Manager of our cosmetics production warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring that everyone works together effectively and efficiently to meet our production goals. You will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a one-year contract position that offers the possibility of converting to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance and support to a team of warehouse personnel to ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are manufactured to our high-quality standards.
- Work closely with other departments, including procurement and sales to ensure that all products are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving productivity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
