- Utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and address any equipment-related issues.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure production timelines are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of food safety standards to uphold product quality.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical inclination and ability to work independently.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding and motivating teams.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and equipment handling.
- Strong organizational skills to optimize production workflow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production supervision preferred.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and reporting tasks.

**Salary**:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
