The TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) organization is dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS:
Small &
Medium business (SMB). Our team has direct responsibility for all ‘4 Ps’ (product, price, place, and promotion) of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.
You will join a team on a growth journey, managing highly visible programs, owning the inbound lead portfolio to drive acquisition and retention outcomes for the SMB P&
L through digital and inbound campaign tactics.
**What you’ll do**
We are looking for a driven, innovative, and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Marketing Manager, for our Digital &
Inbound Campaign Strategy.
We are looking for a natural born leader with a willingness to challenge the status quo, able to work collaboratively and confidently with multiple stakeholders, and will get deep in the data to create a strategy.
- Own the end to end strategy, execution and performance across several digital and inbound campaigns at once
- Develop an ongoing funnel of inbound leads, with the associated scoring, to ensure long-term success
- Manage a cross-functional team to deliver on campaign targets with supporting governance
- Work closely with our marketing stakeholders and sales partners to ensure strategic inbound lead generation and execution to drive wireless and wireline loading
- Performance manage your campaigns and partner with sales channels to improve campaign performance
- Deep dive into campaign and digital analytics to find improvement opportunities to your strategy #LI-REMOTE
**Qualifications**:

- You have a solid foundation for analytics - ability to measure, report, and pivot results as well as make data driven decisions
- You have strong people skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, and ability to work within a team
- You thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
- You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment
- You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy &
marketing execution
**Great to have**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline
- Having a minimum 3+ years of work experience in marketing is desired
