**Job Description**:
Xpertan is found and is expertise in food processing and packaging. We are currently hiring 2 meat processors.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Inspect poultry and purchased meat for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them
Trim excess skin and fat
Assist meat cutters to prepare poultry and meat for commercial use
Perform meat grinding
Weight and package processed poultry and meat
Conduct end-of-day clean-up
Requirement:
Completion of secondary school
Bonus:
Meat trimming/processing experience in warehouse setting
