**Job Description - Office Administrator /Logistics Coordinator**
**Summary**
ACG is a custom gasket manufacturer located in Mississauga Ontario currently celebrating over 35 years in business. We serve a variety of different industries, from Aerospace &
Aviation to the Petro-Chemical industry and strive to be their gasket &
material manufacturer of choice.
- **We are currently seeking an Office Administrator /Logistics Coordinator.**_
- **Responsibilities**_
Logistics:
- Generate waybills and prep outbound shipments
- Arrange courier pickups
- Contact customers for shipping instructions
- Get freight quotes. Advise customer of shipping options.
- Follow up on shipments that have not been picked up
- Arrange for supplier pickups
- Review freight invoices for accuracy
Office Support:
- Typing orders
- Answering phone calls and addressing simple customer inquiries
- AP entry &
matching
- Invoicing
- Creation of purchase orders /Expediting purchase orders
Sales Support:
- Typing quotations
- Quote follow ups
- Customer check ins
Production Support:
- Part marking
- Printing Reports
- Running Schedule reports
- Cleaning parts
Other activities as required to be assigned
- **Job Requirements**_
- High School Diploma and 5-10 years Industry Experience in a manufacturing company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Sage ERP/Accpac would be an asset.
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
- Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a Team
- High energy individual
