**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of shipments.
- Prepare invoices.
- Processing and posting various types of invoices, credit notes, and inventory transfers.
- Maintains filing daily that includes receiving cash, cheques and credit card slips from the Drivers.
- Assists in the collection of Accounts Receivable.

- Able to find solutions and resolve conflict.
