Onsite It Technician (Min 10 Yrs Exp Req)

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of IT experience with the ability to do onsite, and remote support. Must be able to work with our hard working and dedicated team. We offer amazing rewards (profit sharing) for hard work.
Skills and Requirements:
- Perform installation and configuration of software and hardware;
troubleshoot malware infections and other computer problems.
- Keep abreast of technological developments related to Information Technology to follow the evolution of systems, equipment and software.
- Experience in computer/electronics repair, troubleshooting and recommending best IT solutions for clients.
- College diploma in Information Technology is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 and 10. (Mac OSX, and/or Linux experience would be an asset)
- A+ Certification is an asset.
- Server 2008/2012 setup/maintenance experience is an asset.
- VOIP experience (SIP trunking, porting, 3CX/Asterisk/Digium) is an asset.
- Remote Management experience (NAble, LabTech, etc.) is an asset
- Networking experience (VLANs, cabling, subnetting, wireless access points) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team.
- Administration experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as within a team.
- The ability to multitask with attention to detail, time management, prioritizing tasks, and organization skills.
- Outgoing and personable attitude.
- Criminal record check required.
