Operation Supervisor

Seeking an individual who has strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a fast paced diverse community. CLS Catering Services (part of LSG Sky Chef &

- Lead multifaceted teams towards achieving goals related to Health and Safety, Quality, and Productivity throughout the facility.
- Manage retail department day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery according to MPS.
- Review processes and implement process improvements in line with company best practices.
- Develop, implement and maintain training activities.
- Perform root cause analysis on any quality issues and report same to QA department.
- Manage assembly processes according to optimal food cost control.
- Conduct internal audits as required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding safety, security, and quality regulations.
- Manage direct labour hours according to budget.
- Create labour schedules according to business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food industry.
- Valid driver’s license, and able to meet security clearance requirements for ramp access.
- Must be able to supervise workforce including;
coaching, directing andmotivating.
- Motivated self-starter with good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Require to work in a cold environment **(0 - 4 degrees Celsius)**.
- Process oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
