Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and be responsible for all aspect of studio facilities and all studio operations.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Operations team management:
- Tasks assignment and performance monitoring
- Performance, salary, and contract extensions reviews
- Career development, coordination of shadow opportunities for ops team members
- General studio operations management:
- Staff support
- Client services
- Facilities purchase order administration
- Food &
beverage services
-Employee onboarding and induction:
- Onboarding management before employees start date
- Induction presentation on first week
- Regular employee support during first month
- General employee experience support
- Infrastructure Operations support:
- Fixed asset inventory support
- Shipping and receiving coordination
- Employee culture and engagement support:
- Employee wellness
- Special event management
- Vendor coordination
- Health and Safety:
- Environmental health and safety
- Covid-19 safety and security measures
- Manages Employee wellness initiatives
- Schedules quarterly Health &
Safety committee meetings
- Business continuity management
- Content Security Management:
- Security Council Chair
- Physical and content security audits with clients
Qualifications
- 5 years experience working in Operations
- Experience in customer care
- 3 years of Managerial experience/leading a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 3 years experience managing budgets
