Overnight Baker & Deep Cleaner

We are seeking a bread baker / cleaner to join our busy team. You must be available to work from 6pm to 2am including weekends.
You will report directly to the Head baker, you:
Will assist your team with bread production.
- Oven management baking
- Are able to follow recipes, checklists, procedures, and operating instructions.
- Will assist in stock control on all perishables.
- Ensure consistency and quality of production
- a large part of this position is deep cleaning equipment, floors &
Ovens.

**Salary**:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
