Role DescriptionUpper Mount Guardian Pharmacy, located in Brampton, ON is currently seeking a part time on-site Pharmacist. Can become full-time in near future The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals, providing patient care and counselling services, and verifying the work of other pharmacy technicians and assistants.QualificationsLicensed as a Pharmacist by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institutionCommunity Pharmacy experience preferredProfessional services- vaccinations, Medscheck, Minor AilmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians/healthcare professionals, and team membersAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy in dispensing medicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAptitude in patient counseling, including medication therapy and disease state management, to provide optimal patient careFamiliarity with Kroll Pharmacy System Email resume:
