Provide leadership and supervise processing splitting staff to ensure that employees and contractors adhere to safety standards within applicable legislation.Create a high performing culture with the processing splitting team to embrace innovation and problem solving.Develop, maintain and improve processing Receives training necessary to obtain a Millwright license.Learns the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by assisting in the preventive maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems production machines, operational manuals, manufacturer?s instructions and engineering specifications;
troubleshooting malfunctions.Learns to use hand and power tools including drill, press, grinder, welding and other metalworking tools.Receives and carries out oral and written job assignments, lifts, carries and loads tools and materials into workvehicles or work sitespletes daily work logs and equipment maintenance logs.Responds to emergency situations during and outside regular working hours;
and be temporarily assigned the duties of specialty areas other than the current area of assignment.Learns to locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation;
listening for problem using precision measuring and testing instruments.Assists in the fabrication, disassemble and assemble production equipment to gain access and to remove defective parts.Assists in monitoring and tracking the performance of plant equipment and new installations.Assists in the preventive maintenance on all equipment in the plant and offices.Follow maintenance policies and procedures. This includes employee handbook, good manufacturing practices, food safety, HACCP and any other designated company procedures.Work in compliance with TW Commodities Occupational Health and Safety Policy.Job Types:
