Preschool Sports Coach

We are an innovative pre-school gymnastics facility that focuses on teaching fundamental skills that lead to an active life. Our coaches work with children ages 0 months to 7 years old. In short, our coaches are the ones that make the magic happen! They strive to build confidence in both children and parents so that they leave our gyms excited to take to the playground, ski-hill or soccer field, equipped with the balance, strength and coordination to enjoy a wide variety of sports.
We have a dedicated community of families that you will get to build lasting relationships with. It is common to share in the excitement of seeing a child’s first steps and then a year later be working with them on their first handstand or cartwheel. Our small class sizes enable coaches to provide individualized support for children with a wide range of abilities including those with a variety of cognitive and physical disabilities.
No previous gymnastics experience is necessary to excel at this job but we do look for applicants with lots of experience working with children aged 0-7 years old.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Sport participation or coaching experience
- Proven instructional ability with preschool aged children
- First Aid-CPR certificate;
- a successful Criminal Record check, upon hiring
**Compensation**
Starting wage is $18-20/hour, depending on experience.
