Empire School is a Prekindergarten to Grade 8 school with a current student population of approximately 137 students and a current teaching staff of 10.17 FTE. Empire School is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Empire School is a thriving learning environment with an active School Community Council (SCC), who values academic excellence and extra-curricular opportunities and community involvement.
Prairie South School Division operates 39 schools with a total enrollment of over 7,300 students. The division covers an area stretching from Craik in the north to the U.S. border in the south, and Mankota in the west to Rouleau in the east, and includes the city of Moose Jaw.
**Duties**:
As outlined in the Education Act, 1995.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Master's degree is an asset
- Must hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and Locally Negotiated Teacher Agreement.
