**Position Summary**
This position supervises and coordinates activities of co-workers engaged in any and all Print Operations.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Direct and train co-workers in the operations of printing presses, issue written and oral instructions and document training.
- Work with the procurement and supply chain departments to schedule and produce product that meets the highest quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered.
- Use root cause analysis techniques to solve issues related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment (SQDCME) and implement corrective actions.
- Work with maintenance to ensure machinery is operating at optimum levels of quality, efficiency and repeatability.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations and document issues as required.
- Maintain time and production records.
- Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required.
- Operate machines or drive forklift, as necessary (must maintain current certification).
- Provide support and guidance to co-workers and resolve grievances when necessary.
- Prepare and provide co-worker evaluations and reviews.
- Perform other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.
- Alternate shifts and overtime when required. Some weekend and holiday work may be required.
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6-8 years of printing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma preferred

- Experience in using various types of printing machinery

Pay:
$70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
