Job description
For a leading company in the meat industry, we are looking for a Production Team Leader A Laval - 1 day shift, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Planning work flow on production lines
- Communicate production objectives to your team
- Team supervision on dedicated shift
- Apply safety procedures with your team
- Check that quality standards are respected
- Monitor live production to ensure targets are met
- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems
- Develop continuous improvement projects on production lines
- Hire, integrate and train new employees
- Other production-related tasks
Professionnal skills
- Organized and good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervision position
- French native speaker - Professionnal exchange to discuss with Direction office
- Minimum DEC
