Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions Inc. is proud to partner with Erie Shores HealthCare in the search for a Program Innovation Specialist. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Executive (CNE), the Program Innovation Specialist will be responsible for designing new business ideas and investment strategies to transform our experience in healthcare. The Program Innovation Specialist will embrace technological advancements, data-driven decision-making, and digital health innovation to optimize healthcare delivery. This unique position will lead change initiatives inside of a rural hospital, support a complex system, and innovate on how healthcare is delivered.Erie Shores HealthCare is a dynamic community hospital located in Leamington, Ontario. Servicing the Leamington, Kingsville, Lakeshore, Essex, Harrow, Belle River, Amherstburg, and Wheatley communities, Erie Shores HealthCare continues to grow and adapt to the communities it serves. Managing strategic program planning, development, and evaluation for local healthcare initiatives.Driving sustained growth, innovation, and cultural commitment within healthcare delivery.Leading research and analysis for business and change management proposals.Enhancing program effectiveness through the collaboration of internal and external partners.Designing clinical workflows for new care models and achieving excellence in healthcare delivery through the implementation of innovative care programs.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented programs and making iterative improvements based on collected data.Documenting the innovation process including research findings, concept development, and pilot initiatives, and preparing reports for stakeholders and management.Analyzing and addressing quality, safety, and risk management issues.Ensuring strict confidentiality of patient information.Supporting Erie Shores Healthcare’s Mission, Vision, and Values by adhering to departmental policies and procedures.The Ideal Candidate:
Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business Strategy, or other related fields3+ years of demonstrated leadership and management experience3 – 5+ years of relevant experience supporting high-profile initiativesPrevious experience with full-cycle project management including planning, evaluating, developing, and implementing programsDemonstrated ability to present new ideas and lead new change initiatives throughout the organizationStrong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationComprehensive understanding of Ontario’s healthcare and digital health landscapeComplimentary Experience:
