Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Blackrete Builders. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, document control, submittals, closeout, and more. You will work closely with our Project Managers through all phases of construction. QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExperience in project coordination or similar roleProficiency in project management software and toolsKnowledge of construction processes and terminologyAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well in a team environmentProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesRelevant certification or degree in construction management or related field is a plus
