**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, acting as a bridge between the technical and product teams.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and product lifecycle management.
- Work closely with product development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including schedules, project plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure products are shipped considering market needs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer satisfaction.
- Be available for on-call support to address critical project issues outside of normal business hours.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management within a technical or product development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development cycles, methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum), and technology stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work on call as needed to support critical project phases or resolve urgent issues.
**Salary**:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours:
40 - 46 per week
