Project Manager

EZ Steel is a reputable miscellaneous and structural steel fabrication company which offers outstanding quality and customer service to our clients throughout North America.
EZ Steel was established in 2010 and is part of the Camnor group, offering a complete steel fabrication experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- The Project Manager has a crucial role in leading and delivering projects from the award stage through design, detailing, fabrication to on-site construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Managing changes effectively including negotiation, execution and assessing cost and schedule impacts is another key aspect.
- 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication and/or construction, managing complex projects.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering technology, project management, or PMP designation is an asset.
- Knowledge of drafting software (i.E. Tekla, AutoCAD or other equivalent systems).
- Knowledge in steel fabrication, connections, and erection practices.
- Knowledge in construction methods, change and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards is an asset (CSA W47.1, CSA W59, etc).
- Ability to read and interpret general construction and fabrication drawings.
- Solid Organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking and the ability to remain flexible to changes,

- French language is an asset,

- Commercial Knowledge:
ability to read/review contracts is an asset.

**Salary**:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
