**Just to name a few!...**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Finding and qualifying RFP opportunities, and managing the proposal creation and submission process.
- Coordinate with Proposal Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and Sales and Accounts Team members to develop and submit proposals
- Provide leadership and process ownership of the proposal submission process while mentoring Proposal Writers
- Participate in regular performance reviews &
career development planning for direct reports
- Conduct research and make RFP process improvement recommendations based on findings
**Knowledge, Education &
Experience Required**
- 3 - 5 years of relevant consulting experience in the technology or marketing industry
- Demonstrated experience writing effective technical proposals
- Experience working in an interactive agency and/or experience supporting and collaborating with external clients
- Demonstrated experience dealing with mid-market and upper mid-market businesses.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and thrive in high-pressure situations.

- Ad copy experience and/or other relevant marketing experience
