Quality Assistant

Job Summary
The Quality Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties, maintaining records and preparing information by performing the following duties.
JOB DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of Products (wellheads, valves) data documentation packages
Daily data entry of production reports including material control sheets, NDE
Reports, welding, material test reports, etc.
Organize and control the flow of records and documents
Validate production requirements to product specifications
Maintain hard copy and electronic files
Input/extract information to/from ECM database and SAP ERP.
Work as part of the team to ensure deadlines for assignments and projects are
Being met
Provide support and liaise with the QC team and other manufacturing departments
Provide good customer service to internal and external clients
Focused on continuous improvement in all areas
Responsible for safety of self and others
Work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in
Accordance with any training, instruction, or company policies/procedures
Minimum Job Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Familiarity with ISO 9001:
2015 /API Q1 QMS standards and procedures Preferred
Project management certification and/or experience Preferred
Experience with SAP ERP tool Other
Detail-orientated and highly organized.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.
This Office position interfacing within production/warehouse areas, which require safety glasses, safety shoes, a hardhat, a vest and possibly hearing protection.
