Quality Assurance Lead - Food Industry

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance team
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
