**The Role**:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for the receiving, in-process, final and first article inspection of all materials and products used in the manufacturing, maintenance and distribution of our products. This is a key role at Stevested as we are passionately committed that the customer’s quality requirements are always met to their highest standards.
**Is this the right fit for YOU**:
- 3+ years experience operating a CMM machine. PC-DMIS inspection software ideal
- 3+ years of direct work experience with QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards
- Experience and direct knowledge in:
QA methodologies, Blueprint interpretation &
geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, Standard measuring/inspection equipment using hand-measuring instruments
- Ability to perform first-off, in-process and final inspection on high precision parts, working tolerance within +/- 0.001” &
+/- 0.005mm
- Perform and complete all necessary quality records, maintain and update database and filing system
- Assist in the maintenance of the QA monitoring programs, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs
- Ability to monitor and execute multiple tasks in parallel
- Good communication skills to include written/oral English and works well in a team environment
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and with supervision
- Adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, and high production pressure
- Experience in the Aerospace industry an asset
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

**Job Types**:
Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**:
$52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
