Quality Control Inspector

SUMMARY:
In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Quality Control Inspector ensures that quality standards are met by inspecting and measuring parts.MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections activities.Ensure compliance of the received material dimensional inspection and written requirements according to tolerances and applicable specifications.Verify the conformity of parts visual and dimensional inspection according to drawings and manufacturing procedures.Perform other related duties as required by the Quality Assurance Director.Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma;
1-2 years of experience as an inspector in a fast pace manufacturing environment.Understanding of basic machining techniques, manufacturing and assemblies processes.Basic knowledge of mathematics.Skills for recording and analyzing data through conventional Quality Control tools.Knowledge in metrology and in geometrical tolerances GD&
T.Knowledge ofCMM equipment.Basic knowledge of the usual computing tools Windows, Office, etc.Internal ISO audit experience is an asset.Preferred SkillsDisplaying a positive attitude, working together as a team respectfully and professionally.Ability to multitask effectively.Strong organizational skills, thorough, and self-motivated.Exemplary work ethic.Bilingual ?
