**Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 10:
00 am to 6:
00 pm PST**
**As a Receptionist, you will be**:
- Assisting the Conference Floor Supervisor in the coordination of all aspects of client and internal events.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings.
- Working with the Supervisor to produce month-end recovery reports for Finance.
- Greeting and screening all visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Ensuring that all client requests are either handled immediately or that clients are directed toward the appropriate resource.
- Monitoring boardroom bookings according to established procedures.
- Ensuring that policies for catering, meetings, security, and health and safety are adhered to.
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Providing coverage for other Receptionist, when required.
- Maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding both internal and external client meetings and interactions.
- Logging and processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries that pass through Reception.
- Executing procedures and other duties as determined by management.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience in event planning considered an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Strong professional demeanor.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with difficult situations;
demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, discretion and patience.
