Recruitment Specialist

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and matching Canada's best in-home staff (Nannies, Caregivers, and other household staff) with amazing families throughout Canada.
**_Primary Objectives of the Recruitment Specialist:

- Handle Inbound/Outbound inquiries and confirmation of applicant information
- Utilize social media platforms
**_Qualifications Required:

- Minimum of one year of recruitment or sales experience, ideally in a related field.
- Social Media savvy
- Great networking and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Matchmaking skills and a natural ability to motivate others
- Strong memory, stellar intuition, common sense and problem solving skills.
