Red Hill Toyota is looking for an Assistant Service Manager to fill the role of our current Assistant Service Manager who has been promoted to the Service Manager position.

Core Responsibilities:
- A leader who enjoys training others and watching them succeed
- Daily huddles with advisors to identify and overcome any potential areas of concern
- A leader who can provide constructive feedback using analytics to show opportunities for improvement
- Generate and continually strive to increase labour sales through volume of transactions
- Ensure we are recognized as one of the top 3 in Service CSI results in Ontario
- Sharing fresh ideas for advertising and marketing, shop productivity, advisor productivity, increased client satisfaction and excellent relationships within Red Hill Toyota
- Responsible for all internal work for our new and used sales departments while acting as liaison between Service and Sales
- Write overflow client repair orders
- Work the Saturday rotation and provide vacation coverage
- Work closely with the Service Manager
- Work closely with the in house Service Department Call Center
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Manager
- Proof of high client satisfaction achievement scores where you are currently employed
- Knowledge of benchmarks for evaluating a service department and Service Advisors
- Strong computer skills including excel and google docs
- Comfort in adapting to new Dealer Management Software if required
- Great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients and co-workers
- Comfortable managing others
- Integrity
- Belief in a consistent walk around process
- A desire to step up and cover the full operations of a service department when the Service Manager is absent
