Our Canadian operations expanded with a 170,000 square foot fiberglass manufacturing facility on a 148 acres site in Bath, Loyalist Township in Ontario, Canada! This new facility will enable us to more effectively and efficiently serve markets in the eastern half of Canada, as well as the Northeast and upper Midwest of the United States, producing pools for its fiberglass brands including Latham and Narellan Pools. Construction commenced in late fall 2021 and production began in April 2023.
**Primary Role**:
This position is responsible for moving the pools to and from production then shipping for final delivery. The crane operator is designated a safety sensitive position. The employee may also be responsible for shipping/receiving from our vendors.
**_It is a prerequisite that any Crane Operator applicants hold a certification for an Interprovincial Red Seal or Mobile Crane Operator in the province and be familiar with site mobile cranes/overhead crane support. A high level of experience is preferred._**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Follow the delivery schedule.
- Keep production mold supply rolling.
- Know when to use outriggers with use of crane.
- Read order form to sign off on QA inspection form.
- Verify all accessories are included with each load.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Red Seal Provincially Certified 40T Crane Operator
- College apprenticeship completed
- Prefer 4 years of experience operating a crane with a superior safety record

Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and/or protective outerwear and safety shoes are required. Exposure to dust, odors/fumes, heat or cold (dependent upon weather conditions) and noise is typical.
