Regional Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Recruit, supervise and support youth and students for our summer programs;
- Exercise leadership and sound judgement in developing and maintaining positive relationships with community partners;
- Support employeesin establishing a safe and healthy work environment;
- Facilitate and deliver an extensive training program through workshops, webinars, scheduled activities and other program activities;
- Willing to be flexible with scheduling;
- Promote a positive image of CCNL in the community and to local media;
- Administrative management;
- Plan, monitor, evaluate and report on employee’s project work and performance;
- Focus on developing personal leadership skills in yourself and the youth you lead.
**Qualifications**
- Strong interest in developing leadership and supervisory skills;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Problem-solving ability, self-confidence, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic;
- Sound judgment, creativity and maturity;
- Leadership experience with diverse groups of young people would be an asset;
- A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance, and a willingness to travel;
