Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental and returnsAdvise customers on use and care of vehiclesPerforms walk around and vehicle inspection with customerComplete vehicle condition report and obtain customer signatureEstablish strong customer relationships by becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of our rental customersOpen and close rental agreements and complete necessary paperworkRespond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate mannerSupport the Rental department by driving and cleaning vehicles as necessaryWhat you'll need:
