**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Research Manager. The Research Data Entry Clerk is responsible for obtaining and entering data into various disease site electronic databases. This includes reviewing patient health records from various medical sources/computer systems and then recording that information into electronic databases. Other duties include filing, operating office equipment, and other duties consistent within the scope of the job, as required.
**Qualifications**:
Successful completion of Grade XII
Computer experience, typing/keyboarding
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Abilityto function independently, unsupervised, and as a team member
Medical Terminology course preferred
Experience using MS Access including the ability to query data and generate reports an asset
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality of research, data, and patient information is essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective Communication Skills
Familiarity with OPIS is an asset

Long Assignment, Full-Time position, 75 hrs bi-weekly
Beginning 25th, with an anticipated end date of 25, 2023 Approximately 12 months
Salary Information
$14.78 hourly - $18.47 hourly
$28,813.01 - $36,016.50 annual salary
