Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Store Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the Store Manager in the overall store operation, merchandising, sales and margin performance and management of all store personnel.

Your role
- Leading teams and reacting with agility to internal and external factors
- Developing key relationships, including customer, workforce and community that improve business results
- Empowering teams to deliver superior customer service that produces positive business results. In addition, the Retail Store Manager supports the standards, policy and procedure compliance, safety, security, supervision, training, mentoring and scheduling of all personnel and any other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of dynamic retail management and people leadership
- Hands-on knowledge of retail operations
- Experience developing employees in a retail setting
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, i.E., Word, Excel &
Outlook
- Ability to travel to as required
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekend and overtime as required
