Important Company is seeking a Sales Administrator and Host to join the Sales team for a 5-month term position with the possibility of an extension. The role will help support the sales manager and associates in the exciting launch of one of Important Company?s most highly sought after communities.

Term and Working Hours:
14, ? 10, possibility for extension
Saturday through Wednesday Thursday/Friday days off

What you?ll do:
Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
Greet all visitors and administer an ongoing guest registration program.
Assist the salespeople by ensuring they are notified when their appointments have arrived.
Ensure visitors have all necessary documents/items prior to leaving the sales center.
Prepare enough brochures/sales items each day for a full day of tours.
Maintain the Presentation Centre and the Display Home at all times, ensuring they are clean, tidy and ready for visitors.
Review digital contract documents to ensure they contain all required signatures.
Ensure that the customer relations/sales data base is accurate and up to date at all times.
Conduct a deficiency walk through of the presentation centre weekly, ensuring any issues are reported to the appropriate staff as applicable.
Keep track of and order office supplies as needed.

The ability to balance both hosting and administrative tasks.
Experience in a reception, administration, or guest experience role.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Experience with a CRM or similar database.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
