Sales Consultant Assistant - RV, ATV, Motorcycles and Power Equipment
:
Centennial Auto Sport &
Tire, Summerside, Prince Edward Island
HOURS:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.
WAGES:
$15-$17/hr based on experience + performance based incentives
APPLICABLE SKILLS:
Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
Must have professional appearance and demeanor
Provide excellent customer service
Must have adequate computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
Experience in sales is helpful but not required
JOB TASKS:
Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used inventory
Complete sales training provided by and manufacturers
Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations
Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management
Assist inanswering phones and direct calls to appropriate staff/ departments
Follow up with Salesperson and maintain a detailed sales log of potential customers
Prepare inventory for test drives, walk throughs demonstrate features and answer any questions
Ensure sold inventory is prepared in time for customer pick up
Assist customers in a variety of ways
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
Cross train to perform other duties
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
