This is a new, exciting and fantastic opportunity to join St John Ambulance. The successful candidate will play a key and important part in delivering sales growth of Workplace First Aid Training and First Aid Supplies. Joining a friendly and supportive team you will proactively contact new and existing customers via different channels to drive revenue.

About You:

• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
• Self-motivated
• Able to take ownership and responsibility
• Positive attitude and be able to deliver on targets.

To be successful you must have experience of working in a telesales and customer service environment, the ability to proactively maximise opportunities to generate sales andability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role:

• Effectively handle and respond to incoming calls &
  emails to meet the needs of your customers
• Add value by maximising opportunities on all calls to cross and upsell both SJA training courses and supplies products.
• On the back of marketing campaigns make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote SJA services and products.
• Responsible for achieving both training and supplies sales targets, protecting profit margins to generate revenue for the charity.
• Adopt a consultative approach to create and sustain customer relationships via email and phone.
