Sales & Marketing Assistant

Doug Tarry Limited has been committed to our customers in St Thomas and the surrounding areas since 1954. Our construction company is currently seeking a full-time **Sales and Marketing Assistant **that is results focused with ability to work in both an individual and team-oriented environment.
Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement and Sales, this position will assist in interpreting the needs of clients and buyers to increase brand expansion and customers’ acquisitions and to help achieve the key objectives and goals of Doug Tarry Limited.
Some of the tasks you do will include:
- Research
- Analysis
- Cooperate with Sales and Design departments when creating promotional material
- Assist with advertising and any type of campaigns, internal publications and social media
The following skills are required:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Open-minded approach and creativity
- Good organizational skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Two years experience in marketing related role
- Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel &
Adobe programs
