Weishaupt Design Group is a North American-based furniture retailer, manufacturer, and distributor engaged in both residential and contract markets, offering classic-contemporary designs with timeless style and enduring quality.
We are currently seeking a SAP Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a 1 year contract position, with the possibility to extend. Reporting to the SAP B1 Manager, this position spans both Purchasing &
Operations. This is an opportunity for adynamic professional to support daily operations and gain insight into data management, and have valuable exposure to luxury commodities.
**Responsibilities**:
Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
Update records with new information as it becomes available
Build and develop a relationship with our in-house Marketing team to assist with data flow related to website features
Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
A University degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
The ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously with mínimal supervision
Have a keen eye for detail and data integrity
Be a strong and positive team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Familiarity with ERPs &
Microsoft systems. Experience with SAP B1 &
Excel is an asset.
Experience working with relational databases is an asset
Experience working with SAP B1 Data Transfer Workbench is an asset
Experience Working with SAP Crystal Report is an asset
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extrapolate pertinent information from various sources (reports and spreadsheets) and analyze data for recommendations.
