ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Commercial Lines team, managing and growing a diverse book of business.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Managing a diverse commercial portfolio from start to finish (mostly CGL and Professional Liability)
- Nurturing a close relationship with your clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Managing policy changes, renewals and remarketing
- Providing tailor-made solutions to ensure that customers get the best possible coverages
- Opportunity to generate new business (NOT required)
THE REQUIREMENTS
- RIBO license
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience at a brokerage servicing commercial clients
COMPENSATION
- $75,000-$85,000
- 50% commission on new business (new business generation optional, not mandatory)
- Education sponsorship
- Opportunity to grow into senior/leadership roles
- Hybrid work available
