Our client in Wingham Ontario is expanding their Senior Leadership team to include a seasoned HR Professional with 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry. The Human Resources Leader must embody the values and vision of company, supporting the organizational culture. While leading the day-to-day functions of the HR team, this role will support all divisions, leadership, and employees by leading and facilitating company policies, procedures, recruitment, and employee relations while operating to foster a healthy company culture based on our core values. Key to the role is formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.Position Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Human ResourcesCHRP/CHRL/CHRE designation is an assetKnowledge of HR best practices, processes, policies, relevant employment standards, and legislationKnowledge of Canadian and US employment law and related legislation;
