POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Core Implementation teams to ensure Go Live activities are taking place on time and escalating to Delivery Executive if necessary
- Developing project plans, milestones, and timelines to baseline tasks required for effective Go Live
- Facilitating internal and external project meetings to make sure that there is a clear understanding of the project scope and due dates
- Effectively leading and interacting with multiple stakeholders (e.G. Directors, Core Implementation Team, Subject Matter Experts, Technology teams, and SIS Vendor)
- Serve as a point of contact for Core Implementation team inquiries, data validation processes, and fulfillment regarding configuration or conversion issues throughout implementation
- Providing written communications to key stakeholders that includeaccomplishments, upcoming activities, issues/risks, budget information, training information, and any change requests to drive project to completion;
highlighting risks to delivery
- Developing, tracking, and reporting key implementation progress metrics to communicate regularly to Executive Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technology field
- Previous experience with Enterprise level COTS implementation/integration projects
- Successful history of influencing team leaders to meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience managing projects in an Agile environment
- Agile certification, and PMP or similar (an asset)
- Previous experience within IT Consulting Firms (an asset)
- Overseeing the implementation of SIS or similar education:
