Senior Product Designer (Must Be Located In Toronto)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is interested in working with complex products that are focused on third order consequences and holistic product integration. We need big-picture focused product design professionals who want to build things that customers love and who are mission-driven.The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
Must have 4+ years of relevant product design experience within an early-stage SaaS company.Strong proficiency in building end-to-end UI/UX processes and design execution.Must have a completed portfolio with relevant case studies that showcase clear design-thinking.Proven ability to interface with customers and gather actionable feedback.Interest in customer-centric design approaches and must have a mission-driven attitude.Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and basic frontend design technologies would be an asset.Some experience designing internal design systems is an asset.Must have exceptional collaboration and communication skills.Martyn Bassett Associates:
