Senior Product Manager

Summary/ObjectivePaymentus is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help lead our roadmap and develop an innovative product that is going to have a world-changing impact on the future of payments. Essential Functions/ ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic product and feature roadmapsBe the internal evangelist, build consensus with executives, colleagues, and third parties. Define detailed use cases intended for engineering and design. Represent the customer &
the business during design and development phases. Communicate status to stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure that high quality products are delivered on time. Develop launch plans, ensure readiness of the various stakeholders. Measure and report on the efficacy of initiatives and develop action plans Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Computer science required. MBA preferred.5+ years of product managementPassionate about user experienceAbility to dive into the technical details as requiredTrack record in balancing out product priorities against budget and timelines.Possess strong decision making and prioritization skillsBe able to work independently, anticipating and resolving problems.Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilitiesStrong leadership and excellent interpersonal &
communication skills.Experience in the payments and/or financial services industries.Preferred:
Experience developing high-growth small business facing products and services.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
