Project Manager - Customer Care and Communications Systems Transition

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the transition of Customer Care and Communications systems for three recently acquired US Utilities from Dominion Energy. This is a program/implement/migrate level role crucial for integrating three businesses into one, serving more than 500,000 customers across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor activities for reporting to USUI TIS PMO, including project plan updates, and management of RAID items and interdependencies.
Manage the tracking of 6+ projects within the Customer Care &
Communications (CIS) workstream.
Support the development and implementation of the application support team's resourcing model.
Ensure proper work activity reporting by monitoring project managers.
Support major work tracks as needed, including RFP and contracting efforts (e.G., CIS re-platforming).
Provide project oversight, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.

Additional Project Details:
The project entails app migration, CIS application migrations and replacements, website redesign, technology solution rebranding, and Customer Portal &
Mobile App re-platforming/replacement.

Requirements:
Proven experience in overseeing multiple large-scale projects (minimum of $25M+ projects).
Experience with cross-project coordination and interface, preferably in ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Project, PowerPoint), with excellent communication skills and a solid technology base.
Familiarity with a mix of methodologies (hybrid, agile, waterfall) and the ability to structure a team of 100 or more staff.
PMP, PgMP, or PMI certification highly regarded.
Experience in finance and customer care is important, with a preference for candidates familiar with similar enterprise systems.

Additional Notes:
This role requires some overtime and occasional travel to the US (less than monthly).
A PMO background is an asset, as is customer care applications experience.
This position has a very good possibility of extension.
Interviews will be conducted via video, with a potential second in-person interview based on availability and proximity.
