Arrowleaf Real Estate Holdings has retained Taylor Ryan to assist with the search for a Senior Real Estate Analyst. Headquartered in Vernon, British Columbia, Arrowleaf is a rapidly growing real estate investment and development company with an established portfolio of multi-family, industrial, retail and office assets across Canada. The company is part of the Foord family enterprise, which is best known for its successful venture, Kal Tire. They take a long-term view in their developments and investments, with a desire to improve the community through their projects. With a substantial development pipeline, as well as several partnerships and projects already underway, they are looking for an experienced Analyst to hit the ground running.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Senior Analyst will work closely with management and across divisions to analyze development and value-add projects, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as partnerships and capital structures. The successful candidate will also work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to maintain a high level of market intelligence that will inform portfolio valuations and hold/sell analysis of income-producing properties. Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain complex financial models to analyze development, value-add, and income-producing opportunities.Conduct market research and analyze municipal planning policies to inform development feasibility decisions.Contribute to business cases for investment and development opportunities.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to track project budgets.Maintain Argus Enterprise files for the IPP portfolio.Provide regular financial updates to senior management and assist with quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors.Stay informed on construction and real estate market research and trends.Participate in ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.3-5 years of related experience.Advanced computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Argus Enterprise.Outstanding financial and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Special RequirementsHigh level of integrity.Low ego.Able to maintain confidentiality in business and social settings.We thank all candidates;
