Shipping/ Receiving Supervisor - Machine Shop

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipping and receiving personnel
Prepare our customer's order for shipping by ensuring completeness of the shipment, proper protective packaging, and accurate shipping documents.
Receive materials and inspect incoming shipments for condition and completeness of the received order.
Stage material throughout the shop and in Cold Storage facility
Ensure proper identification, protection, and placement of the materials.
Operate forklift
Operate overhead crane
General shop clean up
Schedule freight carriers
Maintain an organized shipping receiving area, yard and cold storage facility
Train new receiving personnel on proper procedures and protocols
