Shop Supervisor

OBL Group is an industrial sandblasting and coating company based in Nisku. We are looking for a competent leader to run our crew. Must be able to adhere to schedules, push workers, communicate well on the floor, take direction well, etc.
We are really looking for somebody to join our team full time and long term in a leadership roll with us. We are asking for somebody who has leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED IN THE COATINGS INDUSTRY (although it is a benefit).
